Why we are here…..
“We were going on holiday ourselves a couple of years back. At the time we found it a problem to find a temporary home for our pets including our rabbit, guinea pig and birds. Our biggest issue was putting Fred & Wilma, our two Bassett Hounds, in kennels. They are part of our family, they live in the house and are so used being around people most of the day. At the time, we ended up getting a live-in house sitter!

After our holiday, we talked to friends who were also pet-owners and discovered people are looking for peace of mind knowing their pets are loved and cared for. So we set up ‘Part of the Family’.

The concept is simple: We care for the pets like you do: no kennels, the same routine of feeding and amount of exercise as at home. Keeping things small is the only way to guarantee all pets get enough care and attention. Most pets that stay with us are now regular clients, the biggest compliment we could wish for!
